Yahoo email users not happy with redesign

A sign sits in front of Yahoo! headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif.

It appears Yahoo email users are not pleased with the service’s latest redesign.

Last week, Yahoo launched an overhaul of its Yahoo Mail service that gives it a look very similar to Google’s Gmail. The service features message threads to follow conversations, background themes and a much cleaner design.

However, tech site ZDNet has compiled countless complaints from Yahoo Mail users frustrated with the changes.

Among the biggest issues cited by users: key features that have been removed or misplaced, and features such as autosave that just won’t work.

“We deeply value how much our users care about Yahoo and are constantly engaging with our products,” says Yahoo in a statement to ZDNet.
